We are recruiting for a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Service Receptionist to join a busy main dealership in Hemel Hempstead. Previous motor trade experience is not essential, with applications welcomed from strong customer service candidates with the right attitude and communication skills.
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm with 1-hour lunch | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am–2:00pm

- Maintain accurate customer, booking and vehicle records
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the Aftersales process
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive Aftersales experience is not essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and by telephone
- Good organisation and ability to manage multiple customer bookings
- Professional approach with the ability to work effectively within a busy dealership team
