Warner Hotels is running a technology portfolio of significant scale and ambition β commercial digital products, infrastructure transformation, data platform expansion, and corporate application programmes β and needs experienced project managers who can drive delivery end-to-end with genuine pace and rigour.
There are two Project Manager roles within the Technology & Transformation Portfolio team.
Each Project Manager owns delivery of a set of technology projects within the portfolio β managing from project initiation through to successful business go-live, ensuring plans are current, risks are managed, stakeholders are engaged, and delivery teams are held accountable to commitments.
Warner's approach to project management is deliberately lean β governance that is rigorous without being bureaucratic, and pace without sacrificing quality.
The Project Manager is expected to be pragmatic, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in an environment where not all processes are fully established.

- Ways of Working
- Apply appropriate delivery methodology for each project β waterfall, agile, or hybrid β in alignment with the portfolio governance framework.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are clearly defined before development begins and that testing is appropriately governed.
