We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable main car dealership in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, for the position of Diagnostic Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to advance their careers within a well-established and supportive environment.

Duties of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
- Service and repair customer vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Accurately complete job cards within designated timeframes
- Diagnose vehicle faults using industry-standard diagnostic equipment
- Conduct routine servicing, repairs, and fault finding
- Ensure all work is compliant with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when communicating with customers
- Contribute to a positive workshop environment, supporting team objectives
Requirements of the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
- NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in Automotive Servicing and Repair
- Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and minor repairs
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills
- Passion for delivering high standards in vehicle maintenance and customer service
