We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Making Waves Programme Manager to lead the delivery of South Tyneside's ambitious cultural programme. The role will drive strategic partnership development, programme management, fundraising and stakeholder engagement to increase participation in arts and culture, strengthen community leadership, and build long-term cultural resilience across the borough.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing complex programmes and partnerships, securing funding, overseeing budgets and working with senior stakeholders. This is a part time, fixed-term role for 2 years with the opportunity to help shape the future of South Tyneside's cultural landscape.
