Personal Assistant required for Disabled Woman in Heanor,10 hours per week, RPS-DCC-001
The role is flexible but also requires someone who can be flexible with their availability.
You will work alongside another Personal Assistant, with the aim of covering each other's holidays and sickness to ensure consistent support.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Duties will include:
Assisting with personal care, including showering and hair washing.
Supporting me when out in the community, including helping with my wheelchair.
Providing advocacy when needed, helping me navigate situations where I may need someone to speak up on my behalf.
Light household cleaning.
Preparing meals and assisting with cooking.
Supporting with other day-to-day tasks as they arise.
Helping me get ready for the day and ensuring I remain safe and supported.
