Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and support to service users.
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.
- Supporting with mobility and daily activities.
- Helping with meals, hydration and medication as required.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in service users' wellbeing.
- Maintaining accurate care records and following individual care plans.
- Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times.
- Working closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals and families.
