We have a new opportunity to join The Compleat Food Group based at our chilled food manufacturing site in Battersea as an HSE Coordinator.

Location: Based in Battersea, London with occasional additional travel to other sites including Redhill and Evesham.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Your Duties Will Include:
- Support and conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
- Assist compliance with legislation and Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE) management systems.
- Support audits, inspections, and monitoring activities.
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness initiatives.
- Support emergency arrangements.
- Support physical site security activities.
- Support waste management, ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Support HSE committee meetings and encourage a positive culture.
- Maintain records, documentation, and compliance reporting.
- Communicate HSE performance appropriately.
- Support health assessment programmes.
- Gather information and data required by enforcement authorities and relevant bodies.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Basic Health and Safety knowledge/training.
- Experience working with food (desirable).
- Willingness to learn and develop Health and Safety career.
- Good organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Hands-on approach to compliance, risk management, and support functions.
- Driving licence and access to own car mandatory due to occasional travel requirements.
