Join The Compleat Food Group as a HSE Advisor! This is a hands-on, practical and proactive role to prevent work-related injuries and support effective implementation of the site’s HSE management system.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 17:00, Friday, 8:30 – 16:00
What you will be doing:
- Support the reduction of HSE risks and hazards across the manufacturing site
- Support the site to achieve legal compliance
- Deliver appropriate HSE training
- Undertake workplace inspections and audits
- Help implement company HSE management system
- Comply with reporting and escalation requirements
- Support the management of contractors and visitors to site
- Implement group initiatives and campaigns
- Lead and undertake risk assessment and risk management
- Lead and undertake incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis
- Keep accurate records and good document control, updating compliance
- Report and take appropriate action against HSE violations
- Maintain and audit safety-critical procedures
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- Relevant H&S experience in a food manufacturing, FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Environmental experience and BS ISO 45001 (OHSMS)
- Strong communication at all levels
- Ability to influence and persuasion skills
- Proactive mindset
- Motivated to create change and develop new solutions
