We are a five star luxury residential & nursing hotel for the elderly, set in 4 acres of country estate, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Riding Mill in Northumberland. Our Talia Restaurant offers a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, creative and hands-on individual to lead and shape the future for a beautiful dining experience within a warm, caring and supportive environment.

THE ROLE

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of Restaurant Talia, ensuring consistently high standards of service, a welcoming atmosphere and a well led motivated team. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is required.

WORKING PATTERN

8:00 am – 6:00 pm with some 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. A share of some weekend shifts throughout the month.
