  • We will intervene early, and place young people at the centre of our work.
  • We will be a leader in our Sector for transforming healthcare using Digital, Data and Research.

The postholder will need to be able to lead complex programmes, drive delivery at pace and delegate work to others to enable successful implementation as required. The post will be expected to show clear leadership, reporting to senior leads within and external to the Trust on high profile work programmes and work streams. You will be based in a central strategy/transformation function but work in close partnership with our divisional Business and Transformation structures, to align and embed a joint way of working.
