Blackpool Council is seeking an experienced senior leader to serve as Head of Service for Learning Disabilities, Autism and Preparing for Adulthood within Adult Services. The role leads service managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, person-centred outcomes, with a focus on improvement and collaboration with health, education and the voluntary sector.
Reporting to the Assistant Director for Operations, you will drive performance, manage change, and ensure statutory duties are met.
