We are seeking an enthusiastic Head of MIS to provide strategic leadership and operational management of the College's Management Information Systems (MIS) function, ensuring the delivery of high quality, accurate and timely data services that support funding compliance, curriculum planning, learner success and strategic decision-making. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive the College’s MIS strategy, overseeing learner information systems, reporting infrastructure and data governance. Working closely with curriculum, quality, IT and senior leadership teams, you will champion digital innovation, system integration and smarter ways of working, helping to shape the future of data services across the organisation. You will provide strategic oversight of funding compliance and audit readiness, ensuring the College meets all regulatory requirements while maximising opportunities through effective data analysis and insight. Leading a dedicated MIS team, you will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement, whilst supporting the development of key systems including REMS, ProMonitor and ProAchieve. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the College’s digital transformation journey, helping to deliver sector-leading standards in data integrity, compliance and management information services.
