The National Theatre is seeking a Head of Casting to lead inclusive, world-class casting for its productions in London. You will oversee the people, projects and operations of the Casting Department, and work with directors, producers and writers to understand production needs and secure outstanding talent.
In this role you will manage auditions, negotiate fees and terms, support contracts, and ensure the acting company has the cover it needs while maintaining smooth department operations.
