Issuing stock items and prepared prescriptions Collection of prescription charges/checking patient exemption statements Processing and bundling prescriptions for the prescription pricing authority Processing repeat prescriptions requests on SystmOne. Dealing with patient queries regarding repeat issues. Keeping the hatch area tidy. Emptying collection boxes of uncollected items and re-issuing medication back to stock. Marking patients notes as uncollected. Undertaking other reasonable duties within the framework of the post as directed by the Dispensary Lead.
