Holt Engineering are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a well established company based in Havant. You will play a key role in ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards through visual inspection and verification processes across manufacturing stages. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays. This role is paying £12.71 - £13.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities for the Quality Inspector:

  • Carry out inspections in line with specifications, drawings and quality plans
  • Carrying out visual, goods in inspection
  • Ensure only approved products progress through production
  • Record inspection results and identify faults accurately
  • Support customer returns investigations and corrective actions
  • Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment
  • Operate and program AOI equipment when required
  • Ensure compliance with company, customer, quality and safety requirements

Skills & Experience for the Quality Inspector:

  • Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
  • Familiarity with IPC610 and IPC620
  • Experience with fault finding and preventative actions
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
