Hertfordshire County Council is seeking an Outreach Worker within ARC Services to support families and prevent children from entering care. You will work directly with children and their families, delivering intensive care packages and conducting assessments under the ARC framework.
The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong relationship skills and experience with young people, with some evenings and weekends. This is a permanent post under Children’s Services.
