Are you an
experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Driver looking for reliable, ongoing work?
We are currently recruiting
Class 2 Refuse Drivers to work with our client in the
Hastings area. This role offers
Monday to Friday work, consistent hours, and the opportunity for a
temp-to-perm position.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Safely operating a
- Supporting crews on
residential and commercial waste collection routes
- Carrying out vehicle checks before and after shifts
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Assisting with loading duties when required
- Working as part of a team to complete daily collection routes
Duties may vary depending on operational requirements.
Requirements
- Valid
Class 2 (Cat C) licence
CPC and
Digital Tachograph Card
Previous refuse driving experience is essential
- Experience operating
rear-steer vehicles is beneficial
- Good knowledge of the local area is beneficial
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable assisting with loading duties
