Located in Harrow, our detached residential home provides person-centred support for adults with:

  • Autism
  • Complex support needs

You’ll ideally have

  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs, or transferable leadership experience gained within the wider social care sector or related care services.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • An understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • The ability to motivate teams and drive positive outcomes
  • Confidence building relationships with stakeholders, families and professionals

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who leads with compassion, positivity and purpose.
