To support the Band 7 Bereavement Midwife in leading the care of women who have experienced a poor pregnancy outcome including stillbirth, late termination for abnormality, and mid-trimester pregnancy losses.
Liaising with the multidisciplinary team and joint working with the consultant obstetricians at allocated clinics.
To manage and provide continuity of care and support for women and their families.
