We are urgently looking for a team of excellent customer service superstars to join this team on a temporary basis. This is a temporary seasonal role working as a customer experience assistant to help with the increased volume of calls and business in the run up to Christmas.

Short listing for this role will begin at the end of summer, however there are limited places, so don't delay in applying. We are keen to find candidates with the following language skills: German, French, Spanish.

These temporary customer experience advisor positions are likely to start at the end of September, beginning of October. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a requirement to work the occasional weekend shift in November and December on a rota basis. These weekend hours can be worked from home.

This role would suit someone who has worked in customer service, customer experience, customer relations, retail or a call centre environment. We require several English speaking applicants, but also German, Spanish, Italian and French. You will be speaking to customers over the phone in your chosen language to assist with worldwide communications.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to customers all over the UK and Europe
  • Dealing with inbound customer calls and enquiries
  • Responding to customer calls, e-mails and live web chat
  • Processing customer orders
  • Assisting with after care services
  • Working alongside the established customer support team

For anyone with language skills you will be dealing with overseas customers speaking in Spanish, Italian, French or German (however not essential for all applicants).

Requirements for these seasonal customer experience assistant positions:

  • A friendly and polite telephone manner
  • Confident computer user, competent with Microsoft packages
  • Previous experience in a similar role
