Berkeley Green UTC is seeking an exceptional High Level Teaching Assistant to help students overcome learning barriers and realise their potential. You will work within our SEND team alongside the SENDCo, teachers, pastoral staff and families to provide targeted interventions and personalised support.

You will contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment, supporting EHCP/MyPlan processes and helping students develop independence, resilience and positive learning behaviours for future.
