You’d be joining an amazing team of Healthcare Support Workers assisting the Nursing Workforce to provide high quality patient care.

Role requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in health-related subject or Care Certificate issued by an employer
  • GCSE English Level 9-2 (A - E) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 months experience of working in a health care setting

The Care Certificate standards define the knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of specific job roles in health and social care. The standards were updated in March 2025 to align with sector developments and the introduction of the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate qualification. There are now 16 standards which need to be competency assessed and signed off by an employer.

Full time and part time positions available across our services depending on service need. Interviews will be conducted through a two stage process. Stage 1 will be qualification check on Wednesday 19 or Thursday 20 August. Eligible applicants will progress to stage 2 a formal interview on Monday 26 August.
