Royal Bournemouth Hospital in Dorset is seeking a Deputy Sister to support the ward sister in managing the Haematology/Oncology Day Unit, ensuring delivery of high-quality nursing care to about 250 patients per week and maintaining a compassionate, patient-centred approach.
You will contribute to patient pathways, policies and protocols, work with MDT colleagues, and deputise in the sister/charge nurse role as required, upholding professional standards and Trust policies.
