Ar hyn o bryd rysym yn recruiwtio Gweithiwr Gofal a Chymorth Nos Lefel 2 31.5 awr ymuno â Hafan y Waun Cartref Gofal Preswyl yn Aberystwyth ar sail dros dro. Nid yw profiad blaenorol o weithio mewn cartref gofal yn hanfodol gan y bydd hyfforddiant llawn yn cael ei darparu. Am y rôl Nid oes unrhyw ddau ddiwrnod yr un fath yn y rôl amrywiol a gwerth chweil hon. Fel canllaw cyffredinol, gall eich dyletswyddau dyddiol gynnwys:
- darparu gofal cyflawn i gleientiaid yn unol â’r drefn ddyddiol fel yr amlinellir yn y cynlluniau gofal

- cwblhau cofnodion dyddiol
- cynnal gwasanaeth glanhau, golchi dillad ac ystafell fwyta
