We are looking for **enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants** to join our agency team and work across schools in Guildford.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and pupils in the classroom, helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. Duties may include:
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Working with individuals and small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities
- Supporting children with additional learning needs where required
- Helping to maintain a safe, welcoming and positive classroom environment
- Building strong relationships with pupils and school staff
