MCR Pathway in Surrey, based at Kings College Guildford, is recruiting a Pathway Coordinator to join our regional team. You will liaise with education colleagues and external stakeholders, delivering the programme to young people.
You will build relationships with Years 7–11, help recruit mentors, and support students in pursuing education and employment pathways, recording outcomes and sharing best practices.
