We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prominent multi‑franchise approved car dealer group with multiple centres across South and South West England. They are seeking a Group Vehicle Warranty Executive to join their team. This position offers the flexibility to work from either their Salisbury head office or any of their dealership locations in Swindon, Gloucester, Dorchester, or Yeovil, with a combined 50% office‑based and 50% work‑from‑home arrangement.

Duties
- Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers for payment
- Check and reconcile weekly statements, query overdue claims or discrepancies
- Ensure all warranty documentation meets manufacturers’ guidelines
- Prepare accurate invoices and warranty claims in line with departmental standards
- Maintain fully completed repair order documentation
- Process policy claims promptly and verify customer reimbursements
- Control and manage returned warranty materials
- Reconcile warranty credits accurately and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth warranty administration
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office administrative role within the automotive industry preferred
- Strong clerical and data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
- IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Knowledge of vehicle warranty administration is advantageous but not essential
