14.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year Permanent Location: The Grimsby Institute TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also. About the role

Are you passionate about empowering people to achieve their potential? Do you thrive on building positive relationships and helping others overcome challenges? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for a dedicated Success Coach to support learners throughout their journey, helping them stay motivated, engaged, and confident in reaching their goals. You'll play a key role in creating a positive learning experience, providing guidance, encouragement, and practical support that enables students to succeed both academically and personally. Working closely with learners, tutors, and support teams, you'll identify and address barriers to learning, celebrate achievements, and help students develop the skills, resilience, and confidence needed for their future.

About the person

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others succeed and can build positive, meaningful relationships with learners from a range of backgrounds. You will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, support and engage effectively with both learners and colleagues. A naturally empathetic and proactive approach is essential, as you'll be confident in identifying challenges and working with others to find solutions that help learners thrive. Ideally, you'll have experience supporting learners, students, or clients within an educational, pastoral, or customer-focused environment, and will understand the importance of providing timely support, encouragement, and guidance to promote positive outcomes.
