22 hours per week Permanent Location: The Grimsby Institute TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also. About the role

The Planning and Timetabling Team is seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Resource and Planning Business Partner to become part of their well-established team. This is a fast-paced and varied position where you will work closely with Heads of Area, their teams, and colleagues across other departments to deliver high-quality, responsive business support. The team plays a key role in maintaining data accuracy and validation across curriculum planning, timetabling, registers, and resource management processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inputting and checking data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Carrying out compliance and validation checks
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records
  • Developing processes and user guides for internal and external stakeholders
  • Extracting data and producing reports

About the person

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who can provide professional and efficient support within a busy working environment. You will have excellent communication skills and the confidence to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders at all levels. With strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, you'll be proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering a high standard of work. You will also have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Business Administration (or relevant work experience)
  • A flexible, solution-focused approach
  • Experience using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

This role would suit someone who is proactive, professional and eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
