About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Beauty Lecturer to join our team and help shape the next generation of beauty professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for an industry-experienced individual who is passionate about sharing their knowledge, skills and expertise with learners, helping them develop the confidence and technical abilities needed to succeed within the beauty industry.
As a Beauty Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across a range of beauty therapy programmes, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all learners can thrive. You will support students to achieve their qualifications, develop industry-standard practical skills and build the professional behaviours required for future employment. Using a variety of teaching and assessment methods, you will ensure learning is interactive, motivating and relevant to current industry practices.
Working closely with colleagues and employers, you will contribute to the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of the curriculum, ensuring learners receive an outstanding educational experience. You will also monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback and implement effective support strategies to enable every student to achieve their full potential.
