Duties of a Parts Advisor
- Providing excellent customer service to both retail and trade clients
- Managing parts stock levels and ensuring availability of required items
- Processing parts orders and sales efficiently and accurately
- Offering technical advice and assistance to customers and colleagues
- Maintaining dealership stock records and ensuring inventory accuracy
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers to maximise sales
- Supporting the dealership’s parts department to meet and exceed customer expectations
Requirements of a Parts Advisor
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
- Valid UK driving licence
