We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Vehicle Technician in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking a senior role within a well-established independent garage.
Benefits of a Vehicle Technician:
- Up to £35,000 Basic Salary plus bonus, with an OTE of £38,000
- Senior position involving leadership responsibilities
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, with every third Saturday morning (8:30am – 12:30pm)

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
- Lead and support a team of mechanics within the workshop, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Complete routine service and maintenance tasks including brakes, suspension, clutches, and timing belts or chains
- Conduct mechanical and electrical diagnostics on a variety of makes and models
- Assist in prioritising and organising workshop workflow
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Ensure health and safety compliance within the workshop environment
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems
- Ability to lead and support a team of mechanics
- Competent in performing servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and electrical fault finding
