Circle Health Group is recruiting a Registered Nurse (Outpatients) to deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols. You will assess needs, monitor vital signs, and escalate as needed with sound clinical judgement.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, mentor junior staff, participate in handovers and discharge planning, and promote patient education and wellbeing in a busy outpatient setting.
