Duties of a Bodyshop Technician:
- Conduct a wide range of bodyshop repairs, including panel beating, paint spraying, and Mechanical Electrical Testing (MET)
- Support team members by providing expert repair services across all bodyshop disciplines
- Work efficiently to meet repair times whilst maintaining high standards of quality
- Incorporate Thatcham standards and insurance repair techniques where applicable
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements of a Bodyshop Technician:
- Qualified or time-served in all bodyshop repair disciplines, such as Panel Beating, Paint Spraying, MET, or Auto Electrician skills
- Experience working in an insurance bodyshop environment is highly desirable
- Full UK/EU driving licence essential due to the nature of the role
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering superior work
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
