We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Vehicle Technician at a well-established dealership in Gravesend. Duties:
- - Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- - Carry out routine maintenance, including servicing and safety checks
- - Complete accurate documentation of work performed
- - Support the workshop team to meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets as a Senior Vehicle Technician
- - Ensure warranty and safety procedures are followed diligently
- - Achieve Master Technician accreditation with the franchise
- - Provide excellent customer service and technical support in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- - Minimum of three years’ experience working in a dealership or reputable garage
- - Full UK driving licence
- - MOT Tester qualification (preferred but not essential)
- - Strong communication skills in English
- - Proactive with attention to detail and customer-focused approach
- - Previous experience as a Senior or Diagnostic Vehicle Technician is desirable
- - Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a mechanical workshop setting
