We are currently recruiting an experienced Granulation Operative to join a specialist manufacturing business in Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or production experience looking for a permanent role within a modern, machine-based production environment.

About the Role
As a Granulation Operative, you will be responsible for processing waste uPVC materials into reusable granulate using granulation machinery. The role will support efficient recycling and production processes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor granulation machinery
- Sort, prepare and feed uPVC waste into granulators
- Ensure granulated material meets the required quality standards
- Carry out routine machinery checks and accurately record production data
- Identify and remove contaminants from waste materials
- Monitor machine performance and report faults or inefficiencies
- Assist with machine setup, cleaning and basic maintenance
- Work closely with production teams to maintain a consistent supply of reusable material
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Previous experience in recycling, granulation or materials processing
- Knowledge of uPVC manufacturing processes
- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with industrial machinery
- Understanding of environmental or waste management practices
