Our client, a reputable franchise dealership, is looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated workshop team.

Duties of the Vehicle Technician
- Conduct a comprehensive range of mechanical repairs and servicing on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and efficiently
- Keep detailed repair records and ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards
- Guide and mentor junior technicians and apprentices when required
- Assist in maintaining the workshop's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and productivity
- Perform MOT testing (desirable but not essential)
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealer or independent garage
- Valid MOT licence is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
