At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the marine manufacturing sector in Gosport. This role involves ensuring the accurate packing of goods while maintaining high safety standards and performing quality inspections to ensure production excellence.
Shift Pattern
- Rotating shift pattern including Days and Nights.
Pay Rates
- 12.71 GBP hourly
Essential Requirements
- Ability to work within a high‑speed manufacturing or service environment while meeting targets and objectives.
- Experience working with mechanical equipment, including fault finding and rectification.
- Experience in setting up manufacturing and production equipment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern.
Role Tasks
- Accurately pack goods while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify and rectify issues within your capability.
- Proactively notify the engineering team when technical issues fall outside of your remit.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Operate and set up production machinery to ensure efficient output.
