Planning lawyer needed in Gloucester, £43.12ph PAYE - Reference: 5301943.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising on planning obligations (including BNG).
- Appearing at and supporting planning inquiries in respect of county planning obligation contributions.
- Including highway agreements (section 38 and section 278 agreements).
You will ideally have planning experience particularly in respect of planning s106 obligations and planning inquiries.
Your role will involve representing the client at inquiry defending their position in respect of s106 county contributions relating to housing development within the county.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
