We're looking for compassionate, patient, and dedicated individuals to join our established team, supporting people with complex needs to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalised care, encouragement, and practical support tailored to each individual's needs. This service supports eight adults across two adjoining homes in Finglassie (4 people in each property). Located near Glenrothes, Finglassie offers a peaceful setting while still providing convenient access to local amenities and nearby towns. You’ll be joining a well-established, experienced, and highly respected team that is committed to delivering outstanding support and helping people achieve their personal goals.
