We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our Front of House team. As a Receptionist with ISS UK, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and colleagues, creating a positive first impression while delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused reception service. Acting as a central point of contact across the site, you will support day-to-day operations, maintain effective communication between visitors and internal teams, and play a key role in ensuring an outstanding visitor experience.

The Role

  • Deliver a professional, friendly and welcoming service to all visitors, customers and colleagues.
  • Manage visitor arrivals, notify hosts promptly and maintain accurate visitor records.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage visitor bookings and issue visitor passes, access credentials and Wi-Fi access as required.
  • Coordinate stationery supplies, mail, couriers and deliveries.
  • Raise, manage and close service requests using relevant systems.
  • Carry out audits of keys, access cards and controlled assets, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders while achieving agreed service standards and KPI targets.

About You

  • Previous experience in a reception, front of house, customer service or facilities support role.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and approachable manner.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills.
  • Reliable, flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
