The predicted salary is between 11.7 - 14.3 Β£ per hour.
We are looking for a befriender companion for our client who is a 31-year-old male, who has autism and social anxiety. Initially you will be supporting our client around the house to get to know him. Eventually this will progress into assisting him to meet his goals of going out into the community, going out with his dogs, for a coffee or further afield.
The ideal applicant is someone who has experience with autism and social anxiety in some form and is patient, friendly and understanding to allow a working relationship to be built up over time. Applicants must have a caring attitude, have a good sense of humour, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work.
This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
