Initially, you will be part of the High Value Property Band project team, and we will consider applications from chartered surveyors with relevant residential valuation experience. You will also be given the opportunity to then expand your experience beyond Council Tax and into Non-domestic Rating. Applications are of course still welcomed from those with existing council tax and rating experience.
In addition to your valuation duties, you will also discuss and negotiate disposal of proposals to alter both Council Tax Bands and Rateable Values including presentation of expert witness evidence before the Tribunal Service.
We operate a hybrid working model with a mixture of office-based collaboration, focused home working, and of course, survey operations within the city. We have a range of benefits and flexible working policies to support you through your time with us as well as an award-winning contributory pension scheme.
