- Basic salary of up to £34,000 depending on experience
- OTE (On Target Earnings) approximately £40,720
- 33 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
- Working hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Duties of a Towbar Technician
- Fit and wire towbars to customer vehicles, ensuring all marks and scratches are documented beforehand
- Handle customer property with respect and care
- Complete towbar fitting, trailer services, and repairs within acceptable timeframes and quality standards
- Securely park vehicles and trailers awaiting workshop attention in designated areas
- Immediately report any vehicle damage or issues to the Branch Manager or Assistant Manager
- Service and repair the company's fleet of hire trailers, maintaining detailed servicing records
- Assemble and modify trailers as necessary
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting faults promptly
- May be required to visit customer premises for repairs or fitting
- Operate and possibly be trained in the use of a Fork Lift Truck
Requirements of a Towbar Technician
- Practical experience in repairing products and wiring in any industry
- Experience with servicing flatbed trailers, horseboxes, or similar products
- Proven ability to fit and wire towbars
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Ability to diagnose faults and provide technical advice
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for repairs or fittings
- Training to operate a Fork Lift Truck as required
