University of Glasgow is seeking a Timetabling Assistant to join our Estates team in Glasgow.

You will support the production of the teaching timetable and play a key role in the effective management of space, building positive relationships with Colleges, Schools and Services.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week) and fixed-term until 31 July 2027, offering on-site work in Glasgow and alignment with the Disability Confident employer scheme.
