The role focuses on delivering high-quality housing management, tenancy oversight, rent arrears, allocations, voids, estate management, and anti-social behaviour resolution.
You will build strong relationships with tenants, contractors and councils, ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, and support community engagement while attending evening meetings.
