This role will be within our Water Division, working on one of our current three frameworks with Scottish Water:
- SR21 DV1: Capital works water and wastewater framework, delivered by the Caledonia Water Alliance (CWA) Joint Venture. Primarily infrastructure and civil engineering project improving network resilience and protecting the environment.
- SR21 DV2: Predominantly MEICA based capital maintenance framework on existing water and wastewater assets. Upgrade, refurbishment and high value capital maintenance projects.
- SR27 DV4: The integrated design and construction of civil and infrastructure projects within SW 12 years enterprise arrangement. Project and programme opportunities across the full capital investment programme.

What will you be doing? Experienced Site Manager within wastewater, water infrastructure, and civil engineering projects, leading site teams across large-value projects and portfolios. Strong focus on SHEQ compliance, promoting a positive health, safety, and quality culture through audits, team engagement, and robust site supervision. Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of project cost control, efficiency targets, and Early Warning processes. Skilled in planning labour and materials in line with construction programmes, managing subcontractor packages, and identifying risks or delays early. Experienced in managing private land access, highway possessions, and work fronts within local communities, maintaining positive public relations. Works closely with project teams and reports to the Project Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project delivery.
