We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's franchised dealership team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled Service Advisors looking to progress their career within a reputable automotive business.

Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as the key point of contact between the customer and the dealership
- Promote and upsell additional products and services effectively, including add-ons initiatives
- Conduct general administrative duties related to service bookings and customer records
- Ensure customer satisfaction is prioritised throughout the service process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Support the workshop team with relevant service administration
Requirements for the Service Advisor are:
