Joining our Glasgow team, you'll cover the Scottish market and play a key role in driving business growth.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored packaging solutions.
  • Supporting existing accounts while learning how to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service and solutions.
  • Using CRM tools to track activity, pipeline progress, and customer engagement.
  • Working towards sales and growth targets, with full training and coaching provided.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role - ideally from sectors such as hospitality, retail, or service management.
  • A genuine interest in building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with business customers.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
  • A full UK driving licence and ability to travel across Scotland as required.
  • Ideally residing within central belt area for closer commute into our offices for internal meetings.
  • Previous sales experience is welcome but not essential - your attitude, potential, and people skills are what matter most.
