Job Overview
We are currently recruiting Recycling Operatives to join a busy recycling facility in Glasgow.
This is a hands‑on role working as part of a team to ensure recyclable materials are sorted, processed and handled safely and efficiently.
Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, production or manual work experience who are looking for a stable, long‑term role.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting recyclable materials by hand from a conveyor belt or designated work area.
- Removing non‑recyclable items and separating materials into the correct categories.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures and site rules.
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties throughout the shift.
- Supporting colleagues and completing other duties as required.
